Using FetchTune

By using FetchTune, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these terms; if you are a minor, use the service only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The service is not intended for children under 13.

Download only what you have permission to save

You may use FetchTune for content you own, content in the public domain, or content whose owner and applicable license or source-platform rules permit you to download. A publicly accessible link does not, by itself, grant permission to copy, distribute, or reuse a recording.

You are responsible for complying with copyright law, other applicable laws, and the source platform’s terms. FetchTune does not grant rights to any music, recording, artwork, or other third-party content.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, access private content without authorization, bypass DRM or other access restrictions, distribute malware, probe or attack systems, or overwhelm the service with abusive automated requests. Do not attempt to evade limits or use the relay for unrelated traffic. We may restrict access to address abuse, security problems, or legal requirements.

Supported sources and availability

FetchTune supports certain public SoundCloud and YouTube links. Private, protected, preview-only, removed, or otherwise unavailable content may not download. Provider changes, connection problems, browser resources, and service limits can affect results.

“The fastest way to download any song in the world” expresses our product ambition, not a guarantee of universal coverage or benchmarked speed. Download speed and audio quality depend on the source, your device, and your connection. Choosing a higher MP3 bitrate does not improve the original recording.

Free service and changes

FetchTune is currently free to use, with no account required. We may change features, limits, or availability, or discontinue the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, unlimited capacity, compatibility with every browser, or that any particular track will be available.

Third-party services

FetchTune is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SoundCloud, YouTube, or Google. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Links to other services do not make us responsible for their content, policies, or operation.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or error-free results. You are responsible for your use of downloaded files and for keeping your own backups.

To the extent permitted by law, FetchTune and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, such as lost data or interrupted downloads. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy, questions, and updates

Our privacy policy describes how the service handles information. We may update these terms as FetchTune changes and will update the date above. Mandatory rights under the laws that apply to you remain in place.
